How digital downloads work
Every craft on this site is a digital file sold through our Etsy shop, CraftyFileCo on Etsy. Nothing physical is shipped.
1. Buy on Etsy
Press a buy button on any craft. It opens that listing in our Etsy shop, where you pay securely. Etsy keeps your payment information safe, and shops never see your card details. Etsy gift cards and Etsy credit are accepted.
2. Download your files
Your files are ready as soon as payment is confirmed:
- From your email: Etsy sends a receipt with a direct download link.
- From your account: sign in to Etsy in a web browser (Safari or Chrome), open Your account › Purchases and reviews and click Download files.
On a phone or tablet? The Etsy app doesn't support file downloads yet. Open Safari or Chrome, sign in to Etsy in the browser and use Purchases and reviews.
3. Print and make
Files are high-resolution PDFs (or JPEGs where a listing says so). Each listing names its exact sizes, for example US Letter or A4. Print at 100% / actual size.
- At home: any standard printer works. For cards, heavier cardstock (80–110 lb / 200–300 gsm) looks best.
- At a print shop: bring the file on a USB stick or email it to Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens or FedEx.
- Online: upload to a printing service such as VistaPrint or Shutterfly.
Check each listing for paper recommendations and the supplies needed for that craft.
