How To Make It

MATERIALS AND SIZE

Printer, 180-220 gsm cardstock, scissors, glue and optional colouring pencils. Younger children need adult help with cutting, folding and gluing.

Basket body: approximately 6.5 x 4.5 x 5 cm. Finished craft: about 9.6 cm wide and 10 cm tall including the handle. A mini display basket for paper treasures or a few small wrapped treats; not a full-size trick-or-treat bucket.

• Choose the PDF for your paper size. Print pages 1-2 for colour or pages 3-4 to colour yourself. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size; do not select Fit to page.
• Colour first if using the black-and-white version. Cut the solid outer edges of the basket net, handle and pumpkins.
• Fold the dashed lines with the printed side facing out. Glue the four tabs inside the front and back walls.
• Gently curve the handle. Glue its 15 mm end zones inside the side walls, aligning the dotted guides with the rim.
• Glue a pumpkin to each outer front/back wall. Centre each face and keep its bottom just above the basket base. Allow the glue to dry.
