Fold the small glue tabs on the rays.
Arrange the rays evenly behind the flame.
Glue the tabs to the back of the flame.
Attach the “Shine for God” banner at the bottom.
Write a personal answer on the blank ray.
Adult assistance is recommended when children use scissors.
